Competition Framework
The diagram below is one example of how you could structure a competition framework for indoor rowing.
Example Framework

Get things going quickly and easily in the winter term by using the Indoor Sport Services Schools League (free and virtual) combined with intra- and inter-school competitions on site.
These can then lead on to SSP, County and Regional finals which provide the competitive progression that appeals to even those children who are non-sporty or who have not represented their school before.
Competitions are inclusive with adaptations available for pupils with special needs.
With a little planning you could even organise to take a team to next year's National Junior Indoor Rowing Championship and/or the 21st British Indoor Rowing Championships and who knows, you may even come away with a few national medals!
